The x-body training I found extremely useful in helping to target under developed muscles. As a person that has sustained injuries the targeting xbody allows is useful in terms of enabling me to do exercises that would otherwise cause pain. I particularly enjoy the x-body training as a working mom with 2 children that can be squeezed into a lunch hour. Aman comes to my office and we can do the training there without any huge requirement of space or need for any additional equipment. I have been a runner for many years, completing many marathons. It has become obvious as I got older that I needed to work in some flexibility and mobility into my routine. Also, a little strength training wouldn’t hurt. I have been working with Aman for a number of years and the workouts she gives me using EMS, have very much enhanced all of the aspects I was missing with just running. My knees and my hips are thankful that the workouts are keeping me loose and able to continue running for hopefully a longer time than I thought when we first started working together.
