Aman Hasebeni, Fitness and Menopause Coach, will take you through a guided workout session to build confidence, power, and functional strength in a supportive environment.
Aman is the founder of Lucid Health & Fitness. She is a certified Menopause Coach with over 20 years of fitness experience. Her holistic, science-backed approach blends low-impact strength training, mindful nutrition, and emotional well-being to ease hormonal shifts, support joint health, and rebuild confidence. She creates supportive spaces that empower women to see midlife as a powerful new beginning.

Louise Upperton, Sound Meditation Practitioner, will guide you through a mind and spirit relaxation experience to reset your nervous system and reconnect to a sense of calm.
Louise is a sound therapy practitioner, Reiki practitioner, certified yoga instructor, and somatic movement coach. Blending Eastern wisdom with modern somatic practices, she offers restorative sound baths, meditation, breathwork, yin-style movement, and contrast therapy. Her immersive sessions support cellular and emotional healing, using sound as a transformative tool for people of all bodies, backgrounds, and wellness stages.

Alazar Kafle, Personalized Body Oils Curator, will lead a hands-on session where you will craft a customized oil blend designed specifically to support your "menopause side-kicks".

Jacquie Court, Guest Speaker, will lead a discussion on conversations on menopause, giving women a voice to share their experience.
Jacquie is the creator and host of She2.0, a podcast where she is breaking stigmas, amplifying honest conversations, and bringing menopause and midlife into light because she believes this should be exciting not frightening and it is not a battle you fight alone
