A fitness-first group training experience designed for women in perimenopause through post-menopause who want to feel stronger, steadier, and supported without pressure or burnout.

Weekly Live Online Group Training
Short, full-body movement sessions (45 minutes) designed around strength, mobility, and power to support joint health, balance, and everyday life.
Weekly Midlife Fitness Plan
A clearly defined weekly structure designed to support sustainable, intentional progress. Each week introduces a targeted mobility routine paired with practical health insights that enhance ease of movement, accelerate recovery, and optimize energy levels.
15-Minute Coaching Check-Ins
Bi-weekly short check-ins for personalized support, accountability, and adjustments to your training path.
Half-Day Retreat (Toronto)
The 8th session is an in-person retreat to reflect, integrate gains, and celebrate your progress.
Community Support Through Shared Experience
Training alongside other women navigating similar life transitions creates natural encouragement and connection simply by showing up together.

Duration: 8 weeks
Format: Seven (7) live online group training sessions + 1 half-day in-person retreat
Online Training Time: Saturdays, 9:00–9:45 AM
