Weekly Midlife Fitness Plan

A clearly defined weekly structure designed to support sustainable, intentional progress. Each week introduces a targeted mobility routine paired with practical health insights that enhance ease of movement, accelerate recovery, and optimize energy levels.

15-Minute Coaching Check-Ins

Bi-weekly short check-ins for personalized support, accountability, and adjustments to your training path.

Half-Day Retreat (Toronto)

The 8th session is an in-person retreat to reflect, integrate gains, and celebrate your progress. The retreat includes lunch.

Community Support Through Shared Experience

7 Live Online or In-Studio Sessions + 1 In-Person Half-Day Toronto Retreat

Saturdays | 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM (EST)

Half Day Retreat:

Saturday, May 30 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Aman Hasebeni, Fitness and Menopause Coach, will take you through a guided workout session to build confidence, power, and functional strength in a supportive environment.

Aman is the founder of Lucid Health & Fitness. She is a certified Menopause Coach with over 20 years of fitness experience. Her holistic, science-backed approach blends low-impact strength training, mindful nutrition, and emotional well-being to ease hormonal shifts, support joint health, and rebuild confidence. She creates supportive spaces that empower women to see midlife as a powerful new beginning.
