Aman Hasebenebi is the founder of Lucid Health and Fitness, situated in Yorkville, Toronto, Canada. With over two decades of dedicated experience in wellness and fitness coaching, Aman has established herself as a leading figure in the industry, guiding clients both locally and internationally towards enhanced well-being. Aman's academic foundation includes her attendance at Humber College from 1996 to 1999, where she successfully completed the Recreation and Leisure Services Diploma Program.
Driven by innovation, Aman holds the distinction of being a pioneer in introducing Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training to Toronto. Recognizing the evolving needs of her clientele, Aman has further specialized and is now a certified menopause coach.
In 2004, Aman dedicated eight months to a significant volunteer role in Tanzania, as part of the “Making a Difference and Becoming Different” initiative with Commonwealth Games Canada (CGC). This impactful experience involved embracing and embodying The SportWORKS program, with a specific focus on “Girls’ Empowerment through Sport”.
Throughout her extensive career, Aman has cultivated a reputation for being more than just a trainer; she is a dedicated mentor. Her coaching philosophy centers on tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients, fostering a supportive and empowering environment conducive to achieving lasting results and drawing from her diverse and impactful experiences. Aman focuses on instilling lifelong habits that extend beyond physical fitness, incorporating mindful nutrition and daily movement to create a holistic approach to well-being.
