The benefits I have gained from using the Xbody with EMS is I get a full body workout in 20 mins targeting all the muscles I need to work on. I don’t have to spend an hour and a half in the gym which is not convenient especially when I am doing it on my lunch hour. I can see the results in weeks. I do not get the same results in the gym. The sessions are challenging and even movements that don't seem like much can be hard to do. It leaves you sweating bucket loads without doing many strenuous movements. I have joint issues so this is great for me. I can feel the difference right after my workout. I have just recently done a hip replacement surgery and have lost quite a bit of muscle mass. The EMS training with Aman debunked a lot of myths for me, especially when it came to effectiveness. Right from the start I could feel my muscles being engaged in each exercise. My favorite part about the EMS training was the fact that I was engaging muscles all over my body simultaneously. I usually spend 40-50 minutes working out in the gym but within 10 minutes of this session I was exhausted. After the session I felt energized and sore in places that I haven’t been sore in for a while (which is a good thing). Throughout my session Aman continually made sure I was happy with the intensity and whether I wanted to increase it or if I would like to decrease it. I LOVE E.M.S. WORKOUTS. If I could do it 4 times a week I would. It’s an intense, safe and overall body workout that lasts 20 min to half an hour . It feels as if I have done a two hour session at the gym. Aman always has a personalized routine and is strict on form and technique so one can achieve the best results.
